how to analyze downswing?

I was 7bb/100 winner over 100K hands at NL50FR.
I play 14/11 on 12-16 tables usually.



now i am experiencing 12BI downswing(4bi below ev) over last 3 days and have doubts about my game.
I play with 40+ BI bankroll.
It feels like every other reg owns my soul and im getting outplayed by fish.

I took long breaks after each losing sessions, rested, analyzed my game.
I was playing only when i was confident in my game. I think it is not tilt issue, but how can i be sure?


How can i find out if it is bad luck and not playing bad?
What reports, filters can i set in HEM?
