How much should i move up?

n my last 2300 hands, I have won near 14 big blinds every 100 hands. That is not a big sample, so i assume is something like 14+/-6 bb. I am playing in rush poker, ring game in 10nl.

The thing is that im am really bored in these stakes because of the small profit (not because im very good, im not). I want to move up and there are two things im not sure about: My bankroll and the 25nl skill.

If i am winning 14bb now approximately, how much will i win (or lose) in 25nl. Are they much better players?

Second, my bankroll is not enough to move up right now (i have about 200USD), so with this rate of winning, with how many bucks should i move up?
