Pro Genie Blind Timer

I hope this is the right place to post this request. I have a new Pro Genie timer and suddenly I get an error message when I plug it in.
I've only used it a couple of times before without incident and there is nothing to address troubleshooting that I can find anywhere.

The message is ERR where the time remaining should be and then level 2 and 60133 where the big blind should show up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
