US Poker Tournament on ESPN

Did anyone see the final table the other night. John D'Agastino (probably spelled wrong) lost a hand and was clearly upset about it. As he was sliding over his stacks of chips, it looked like he deliberately shoved them over at his opponent. One of the host on ESPN made some comment and then I lost power before I could see anything else. We've had some bad storms here the last few nights.
Anyway, I just wanted to know if anyone saw it if things went any further.

D'Agastino is a great player and seems much too professional to do anything really bad but he was clearly upset. More than likely, all he did was shove some chips but I just wondered if anything else happened or what the reaction was from the table after that?

I'm sure ESPN will air reruns so I'll try to catch it since I also missed seeing who ended up winning the event.

He was able to keep pretty calm (considering) after that. He threw his last chip looked down at a coupla kings (made a joke about being all-in) to be drawn out on again by pocket jacks and queens that both happened to flop a set.

Thanks, I was able to catch a repeat of the end. The last two hands D'Agastino lost were bad beats but in my opinion, he really wasted most of his huge lead before that. He was calling some big bets with marginal hands like KJs. He could have easiely coasted to the final three or four and in my opinion he would have been better off just folding until it got down to that point. No disrepect, this guy can flat out play from what I've seen on tv and heard about in articles from other events he has played in. He almost beat Phil Ivey a while back on a tournament on FSN. He just seemed to have a meltdown towards the end. I guess with such a commanding chip lead he felt invinsible. Its ok to use a big stack to push people around but you don't want to be the one just calling off big stacks of chips. It seemed to me like it tried to win the tournament too soon and never really changed gears at the final table.

I saw it. If he was mad at that hand, I wonder how he felt when He got pocket kings and two other players got pocket queens and pocket jacks. When the flop went QJx, I would of been mad too.. LOL
