Back room poker games are all the rage right now, and soon, they could be legal. State lawmakers have proposed a bill to legalize poker in bars, restaurants, and clubs. Supporters of the plan said it makes sense to capitalize on the poker craze.

Under the plan, the businesses would be allowed to hold tournaments.

There would be some limits to legalized gambling. The maximum buy in would be $50 and the biggest prize could only be $100.

Also, players can only bet with chips, and games can't go on for more than 24 hours.
